Our Assessment and Development Centre (ADC) is a comprehensive and sophisticated evaluation procedure used to identify and develop individual potential, whether conducted face-to-face or online.
ADCs help to make informed selection decisions with multiple participants having equal opportunity to demonstrate their ability, ensuring that the most qualified are selected, and at the same time, participants are provided with a greater appreciation of their personal development needs.
Our highly trained observers can evaluate behaviour through multiple methodologies including competency-based interviews, pair/group activities, case studies and real-life simulations. The range of techniques employed assures a comprehensive coverage of attributes and skills and they also enhance the measurement and overall reliability of the results.
Our Phi ADC uses several observers to provide impartiality and objectivity, thus ensuring standardised assessments and the evidence of each assessment technique is integrated and then calibrated to reduce the possibility of bias.
At the end of the Centre, a comprehensive and detailed final report is provided so that our Phi Coach can assist the participant in preparing a customised individual development plan. This process results in enhanced talent management and significantly contributes to greater organisational success.
