Our Assessment and Development centre (ADC) is a comprehensive and sophisticated evaluation procedure used within organisations to identify and develop individual potential.

ADCs help to make informed selection decisions with multiple participants having equal opportunity to demonstrate their ability, ensuring that the most qualified are selected, and provides participants with a greater appreciation of they could develop.

Our highly trained observers are able to evaluate behaviour through multiple techniques including competency based interviews, pair/group activities, case studies, real life simulations, and psychometric tests.  

The range of techniques employed assures a comprehensive coverage of attributes and skills and they also enhance the measurement of reliability in the results.

Phi ADCs use several observers to provide impartiality and objectivity, thus ensuring standardised assessments and the evidence of each assessment technique is integrated to reduce the possibility of bias.

At the end of the centre detailed reporting as well as customised individual development plans are prepared, resulting in enhanced talent management and organisational success.
